J. Garry Rooney is a partner of Rooney & Rooney, P.A. He graduated from Stetson University College of Law, magna cum laude in 1996 and has been with the law firm of Rooney & Rooney, P.A. since 2004.

In his practice, his main focus is placed on civil litigation, including personal injury, and commercial litigation, as well as appellate practice. Mr. Rooney has also owned and operated a construction business in Belize and has business connections in Trinidad and Guatemala. In addition to international law, asset protection and off-shore investment are significant parts of his practice.
